Automated Perimetry (Visual Field) test is an eye examination that can detect dysfunction in central and peripheral vision which may be caused by various medical conditions such as glaucoma, stroke, brain tumours or other neurological deficits.

• Prior reservation mandatory (Upon purchase, you will receive a voucher with the reservation number). Rescheduling may result in additional charges
• For weekend reservation, we recommend calling 2-3 days in advance
• Voucher printout and voucher code is mandatory to avail offer
• Valid for 1 person
• Voucher will expire on the date specified on the voucher
• Not valid for cash back
• Cannot be combined with other offers
• Booking, reservations and amendments are subject to availability
• Must be redeemed in a single visit (unless specified otherwise)
• Vouchers can be redeemed only after due verification of the customer (including photo ID proof, if required)
• All local/national laws and rules - dress code, consumption of intoxicants etc - that apply to regular customers, apply to voucher holders too
